We're in Waynesboro, excitedly anticipating the Aqua Blaze, waiting for the whole crew to arrive.
Here are pictures:) I found out, after creating a gmail, that Google is way more awesome than I previously assumed. You can create a blog, an email, a calander, online documents (like Word or Excel, but accessible to anyone you invite) AND you can post pictures! Lots of them! Quickly and Easily! Without downloading additional software! Hooray:)
Yes, there are a lot of pictures of plants, and, yes, there are a lot of pictures of mountains, but if you scroll through the mountain pics quick enough a lot of them link up to form a panoramic image, so just imagine you are turning your head and looking around.

I loved actually putting faces to names (especially Einstein), hehe. Pictures were amazing to behold. I was just imagining the wonder, awe, and excitment as you watch the seasons change. Thanks so much for sharing!

Just an update - the river trip beganon Wed. July 1. 5 canoes and a kayak were delivered to the group by Jess' great friends, Ryan and Nate Householder. According to Nate, the first 17 miles of the river would be challenging because of the low levels - requiring much portaging, but after that the going should be better. I've gotten two text messages: July 2, 2:47 pm "We are alive and well." and July 5, 12:08 am "Hey mom. Still alive." This will be the extent of our contact until they can get somewhere to charge the phone. Will keep you posted!
